A research team dispatched by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) traveled to Xinxiang on April 18 to launch field research under the trial "Customized Support Policies for Individual Enterprises" program. As a selected demonstration firm, Weihua Group hosted an exchange forum with Wang Shouwen, Party Committee Member and Vice Chairman of ACFIC, alongside Han Hong’an, Chairman of Weihua Group.
The following morning on April 19, specialist representatives from ACFIC paid an inspection visit to Weihua Group. Their trip centered on pilot research exploring how key private enterprises can build and refine modern corporate governance systems tailored to China’s national conditions, as part of the "One Enterprise, One Policy" work scheme.
The inspection group was escorted by several local federation officials: Li Li (Party Committee Member & Vice Chairman, Henan Federation of Industry and Commerce), Sun Tongjun (Director, Economic Liaison Division of Henan Federation of Industry and Commerce), and Xiong Wenjian (Vice Chairman, Xinxiang Federation of Industry and Commerce). Wang Haiyan, President of Weihua Group, welcomed the visitors and took part in the thematic seminar together with the delegation.
By touring the enterprise exhibition hall, holding thematic seminars and conducting in-depth individual talks, the expert panel acquired a full picture of Weihua’s progress covering Party-building guidance, property rights framework, technological breakthroughs, social responsibility fulfillment and internal corporate culture construction. The specialists also put forward targeted guidance and actionable suggestions to fuel the company’s sustainable high-quality growth.
During the seminar, specialists from the expert panel shared observations and experience accumulated during prior corporate field investigations. They pointed out that the Trial Guidelines on Perfecting the Modern Enterprise System with Chinese Characteristics for Executive Member Enterprises of ACFIC offers a clear reference framework and practical standards for enterprises to optimize internal governance. The team voiced expectations that this thorough research project could deliver specialized, customized guidance to support Weihua’s upcoming governance transformation and upgrading.
Wang Haiyan mentioned that the “One Enterprise, One Policy” project delivers customized plans based on thorough on-site research. The program assists Weihua in pinpointing internal challenges and rolling out focused countermeasures, allowing the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics to be truly embedded into daily governance and generate tangible operational benefits. Such transformation not only strengthens the group’s risk resilience and core market competitiveness, but also creates replicable, promotable experience to boost the sound development of the private sector as a whole.
